A home from home break
Living Area
Sea Air has a generous open plan living / dining space. The lounge area has a Smart TV/DVD player, two large sofas, a dining area with table, 2 chairs & bench. The galley kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge (with ice box), hob, oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and Smart TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and clothes stand. Next to the second bedroom is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower with adjustable handheld shower too.
Heating
Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in the winter months.
Outside Area
Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal.
Parking
There are large parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment. There's also two electric car charging points on Woodspring Way - payment required.
Other Things to Note
Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
This apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs only.
This property does not have a dishwasher.

Dog Policy
Our Properties are dog friendly – maximum of 2 dogs per property. We ask that dogs are kept off the furniture and not left unattended in the cottage. There are plenty of lovely walks in the surrounding area, including the beach.
There is a £20 charge per dog.

Check-in available from 16:00, check-out before 10;00. If you'd like to request an early check-in or late check-out, request this when booking. (subject to additional charge)

Sea Air was perfect for our 3 night break used as a base to visit family nearby. The welcome packs were a great touch, packed with those little essentials. Part of the reason for choosing this apartment was it being dog friendly. You would never know there had been any dogs in there. The apartment was clean and homely, we all loved the seaside theme. The site is dog friendly. A perfect family getaway. Thank you to Paula, who’s communication was fab.

Immaculate modern apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need and more. Buckets, spades, beach blanket, games and dvds left for guests to use. Very helpful booking host, who answered any questions prior to visit promptly,great price. Highly recommend Sea Air apartment.
