Still very much a small traditional seaside resort, Filey is the up and coming town of the north but still remains a quaint and peaceful town, ideal for a relaxing break. The impressive award winning 5 miles of sandy beach is perfect for a winter stroll, sunbathing or a family game of rounders in the summer! Ideal that our accommodation is open all year round! 

A more traditional seaside resort, Bridlington has a great and fairly flat promenade going all the way from Sewerby to the South Beach. The old town was the location for 'Dads Army'! Take a boat ride from the harbour or enjoy dodgem rides at the amusements.

Choose between visiting the lighthouse at Flamborough Head, the nature reserve at the south landing or the pretty coves at the north landing. Flamborough is a paradise for lovers of the great outdoors!

Most famous for being the inspiration for Bram Stokers 'Dracula', Whitby is now another busy seaside resort - but definitely different to other seaside resorts. Try walking the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey or visit on a Steampunk themed weekend 

The open moorland – ablaze with purple heather in summer – will give you a rare sense of space. Away from the noise of traffic, you can hear the cries of moorland birds, the trickling water in a stream and the buzz of insects in the heather. On the coast, experience the roar of the sea, the wind in your hair, the sand between your toes. The dales form a rich patchwork of earthy colours, hedgerows and drystone walls – landscapes, created generations ago, still maintained by today’s farmers.
